Vudio is a connected creative studio and community offering podcast production, song recording, green screen/reel content, and co-working spaces. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you visit our website, make an enquiry, book a studio or desk, or use our spaces in person. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Vudio" refer to Vudio; "you" refers to a visitor, client, or user of our services.

• Contact details you give us — name, phone number, email address — when you enquire, book a session, or message us.
• Booking details — the studio or service you're interested in, preferred dates/times, and any notes you share about your project.
• Content created during a session (audio, video, or images from a podcast, recording, or green screen shoot) where you've asked us to help produce or store it.
• Payment-related information, once payments go live — processed by our payment partner; Vudio does not store your full card or bank details.
• Website usage data (pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location) collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

We use personal data to:

• Confirm and manage your studio or desk bookings.
• Communicate with you about your booking, enquiry, or session.
• Deliver, bill for, and improve our studios and services.
• Send updates about Vudio you've opted in to receive.
• Meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations under Indian law.

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and, where applicable, to take steps you've requested before or in connection with a booking. You may withdraw consent at any time as described under "Your Rights" below, without affecting processing already carried out.

Where this happens, we take steps consistent with the DPDPA to ensure your data continues to be protected, and we do not transfer personal data to countries the Indian government has restricted.

Data Retention & Security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected — including to meet accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements under Indian law — and delete or anonymise it afterward. We use reasonable technical and organisational security practices to protect your data, in line with the IT Act, 2000 and applicable rules, though no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Children's Data

Our services are intended for use by adults or by minors accompanied by, or booked through, a parent or guardian. Where we knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18, we do so only with verifiable consent from their parent or lawful guardian, as required under the DPDPA.

Your Rights

As a data principal under the DPDPA, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it's being processed.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate data.
• Ask us to erase data that's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected (subject to our legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent you've previously given.
• Register a grievance about how your data has been handled, and nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.
